Rates are in U.S. Dollars.

Low season: Apr. 15th- Dec. 14th
$1680 per week ($240 per night) plus 10% government tax.

High Season: Dec. 15th- Apr. 14th
$2100 per week ($300 per night) plus 10% government tax.

Holidays
Thanksgiving Week:
$1900 per week ($275 per night) plus 10% gov't tax.

Christmas/New Years:
$2,450 per week ($350 per night) plus 10% gov't tax.

We accept Visa or Mastercard only.
Half of the total is due upon making the reservation. This secures the condo.
The remaining half is billed at the time of your vacation.
All credit card charges will be listed as "Pat Lang Condo".

We prefer to finalize all reservations in person over the telephone. We do not have a secure web form and are leary of sending Credit Card info over the internet.
