Ahhh, another trip to the condo is in the books. We kept fairly busy with some fun activities:
–scuba diving the Kittiwake shipwreck was interesting and surreal
–hiking the Mastic Trail was good exercise
–there was plenty to see while snorkeling at Rum Point, under Morritt’s Pier, and in front of the condo
–a perfect day of boating included a stop at Sting Ray City
–the fried fish and breadfruit at the North Side Heritage Days party was unbelievable

This video features our hike through the Mastic Trail.

I shot this video in January 2011 while snorkeling in front of the Cayman Kai Sea Lodges.  It’s a bit deeper here than it is in front of our condo.  You can hear my snorkel fill up with water when I dove to get closer to the small rays and their companion fishes.

This is my first post to the new web-site that I am working on!! I’m looking forward to replacing the old site with this new version. This site will have some advanced features that the old site doesn’t– availability calendar/contact form in right sidebar and photo slideshow in the left sidebar on main pages, easier photo gallery page, embedded video of our condo, blog page with updates, and more.
